RJ EHS Consulting is one of the few safety consultants that offer our Clients and Electronic Safety Management System. We will tailor a Safety Management System to address the needs of our Clients. We accept full responsibility of creating, implementing, managing and maintaining a comprehensive safety management system on behalf of our clients. Other Clients only require third party external audits and the compilation of an audit report to address shortcomings in their safety management system.
GAP ANALYSIS – We will conduct an initial Gap Analysis to determine legal requirements for the organization.
AUDIT REPORT – After the Gap Analysis, we will create an audit report with shortcomings and recommendations.
IMPLEMENTATION – We will then create all the required documents and implement your new Safety Management System.
